Xperia PLAY & arc to get Android 2.3.3

Sony Ericsson has come out and announced that they will be providing an updating to a more current version of Gingerbread 2.3.3 for their Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY and Sony Ericsson Xperia arc smartphones. As reported by Recombu, the update will also include certain Facebook features more deeply integrated into the users smartphone. More Motorola Milestone 3 Specs

Reports of the upcoming Motorola Milestone 3 have popped up again with them pointing out that the device will most liekly have a 4.0 inch QHD screen with a resolution of around 540 x 960 pixels. The device is also said to have a 8.0 megapixel camera and an additional 1.3 megapixel front facing camera for video phone calls. New reports confirm the new smartphone will have a dual core processor but as for which one just yet is still not set in stone, reports link the phone to either the NVIDIA Tegra 2 or the Texas Instruments OMAP443. Google Movies a No for rooted Android devices

Google recently launched the Google Movie portion of their Android Market in the U.S. Google have now come out and sstated that they will not be giving devices that have been rooted access to this part of the market, forcing users to have to use a non-rooted device to be able to make use of their movie rental market. New Android Tablet the HTC Puccinini

Recently there has been reports of a new Android 3.0 tablet from HTC in the works which goes by the name HTC Puccini. New reports have the 10 inch tablet from HTC with a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, the latest version of Honeycomb (Android 3.1) and a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Last week Samsung started to roll out an update to Android 2.3 to Samsung Galaxy Tab owners, and now Samsung has come out and announced that they will be rolling out the update to countries world wide around mid May this year.
