IP Germany, has just published an evaluation of a mobile advertising campaign that was conducted for the film “Salt,” which were run on among others the iPhone app RTL. In the survey IP Germany questioned 160 RTL app users. Approximatly 69% of the questioned users of RTL know the film, one in four remembering the in-app-campaign for the film.
Other results within the publication also indicated that mobile phone advertising can increase interest of a product. With 66% of the saying the app campaign awoke interest in them to see the film. 36% expressed a general interest in mobile advertising for movies,
