As the IFA consumer electronics show in Berlin approaches more and more Android related announcements and rumors have began to float around. One of which being that Toshiba may be announcing a new tablet at the show over the next few days. This tablet would be the third Android Tablet in their Android line-up and the new Honeycomb Tablet seems to be much thinner than its predecessors which is always good (see images below).
