Samsung has released an official response to the injunction that has been placed upon them by Apple in Germany, with Kim Titus, Samsung’s Director of Public Relations, stating that they were disappointed with the courts decision saying that they were not given notice when the request for injunction was filed with the order being processed without Samsung able to present any evidence against the injunction. However he followed by saying that they “intend to act immediately to defend their intellectual property rights”. The case currently taking place in Dusseldorf, Germany will affect the sales of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 across the European-Union with the exception being the Netherlands.
