Samsung landed a tiny victory in the trial with Apple. The US court decided not to proceed Apple’s motion of prohibition against Samsung’s international versions of the Samsung Galaxy S, the Samsung Galaxy S 2 and the Samsung Galaxy Ace. This was reported by the US website The Verge. Samsung claimed that none of the three devices had directly been on offer in the US market – neither through Samsung itself, nor through any affiliate company. The court found that this argument made a strong case in favor of Samsung. Apple’s arguments, on the other hand, had been judged as insufficient.
