The American PC Magazine reported on its website that the version 2.4 (or 3.0) “Honeycomb” can be used only in conjunction with Android Devices with a dual-core processor. The article is based on a statement by Bobby Cha, the Managing Director of Enspert a Korean company. Also, a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels is apperantly necessary. If this is true then it would mean that current Android tablets like the Samsung Galaxy Tab can not benefit from Honeycomb which has been especially optimized for Android Tablets. Maybe the Android Team will shed some light on this topic at the CES 2011 in Las Vegas.
