It apparently allows users to easily add colours to specific areas of black and white. Let’s have a close look at the app and see what it really has to offer.

Function & Design

Once your in the app and uploaded a black and white picture you want to edit you can jump right into it. Also if at the start you just want to play around with a photo to figure out how to work the app, there are also sample pictures that come with the app. Now to start editing, the user has a few tools at their disposal to get the job done, they can lighten or make the picture darker, add colour, change colour saturation, add a hue and or crop the picture. When editing the picture it’s always possible to remove the effects you have added.

There are also different brush sizes to help you get into those little nooks and crannies as well as their being spray paint and an eraser (similiar to paint). Once you are done editing your picture you can then share it with your friends directly from the app via Facebook, Twitter, Email, Flickr or even upload it to your Picasa account if you have one.

Conclusion

Photo Colorize is a very simple to use application for colouring black and white pictures. There are plenty of proffesional graphics programs for PCs that have alot more tools at their disposals, if your willing to cough up the mony for them. This app though not free is in a much lower price range then it’s PC’s counterparts. If your looking to have an app that you can use to play around with some black and white pictures on your Android device, then you will probably be interested in this app, but you will have to pay for it.
