HoneyComb Wall
DescriptionThe HoneyComb Wall Live Wallpaper first appeared during the live stream of the presentation of Android version 3.0. Obviously the live wallpaper has the theme for the new upcoming Android OS, Honeycomb. Andy has his new Honeycomb get-up on, in this wallpaper. As we liked the live wallpaper we thought we would have a little bit of a closer look at it.
Functions & Design
In the Android Market, there are two version of the HoneyComb Wall Wallpaper, a free version and a version for those wishing to donate. The paid version has some additional features over the free version, such as displaying the battery level, sound and animations upon tapping a Andy-bee, change the size of the bee’s or where they are located and finally you can add your own background.
The paid version has alot of extra little features that really add to the live wallpaper. But in saying that the free version is also a great little live wallpaper with Andy flying around the screen and displaying the time, date and day of the week.

Conclusion
This particular live wallpaper is not so battery demanding which is always good for a live wallpaper. And the fact that the paid version shows the battery level is also helpful in the ever present fight to keep track of when your battery is going to go flat. Overall this is a pretty nifty live wallpaper which can display the time, date, day and battery level all in front of a wallpaper of your choice. We tested HoneyComb Wall in version 2.0.7.
