doubleTwist AirSync
DescriptionAndroid and itunes, not many people would associate the two together. doubleTwist AirSync brings one of Apples babies straight to Android. Enabling users to wirelessly synx music playlists, videos and photos from your PC or Mac over your homes WiFi network. Lets have a closer look though at this app.
Functions & Design
To use doubeTwist AirSync users will have to download the free desktop version onto their PC or Mac. Once it has been installed on both your Android device and your PC or Mac, you can start.
Once you have started up the app on your Android device a AirSync code will appear on the screen. You will have to input this code into the computer version to connect the two together, which can take some time. The user can then configure the settings on the desktop version, for instance which items to be synchronized, automatic synchronization times etc.
To really make the most of this app the user really needs to have at least Android 2.2 (Froyo) installed on his or her Android device. doubleTwist AirSync like many other music players also has a widget form, which allows users to control their music player easily from their home screen.

ConclusionWhile testing the application we did however run into a few hitches. Unfortunately sometimes the synchronization between the two devices would sometimes crash and we would have to resync the two again. And when this happens a few times it can easily get on your nerves, but hopefully this problem can be fixed in a update in the future. Otherwise doubleTwist AirSync is the best way to connect your Android device to itunes on your PC or Mac. We tested doubleTwist AirSync version 1.0.1.
