The Google Play Store has been updated with a new feature. Users now receive app recommendations on the main page of the app. The recommendations are generated based on previously downloaded and installed apps. The same feature has already been implemented for the Google Play Store’s Books and Video sections. First tests see a promising new feature in which users can also help to discover new apps based on their interests. Suggested apps, which do not appeal to the user can be hidden at touch of a bottom.
